The Chocolate Mill
Just a few km’s outside of Daylesford in the forest is a tasty surpise! At The Chocolate Mill all their chocolate is made and sold on site. With a retail store in the front of their kitchen, part of the excitement if looking through the viewing window to see the production as it happens.
The Chocolate Mill also has a cafe where drinks & chocolate are served. What is sold in store is absolutely fresh, straight out of the kitchen on site so the chocolates do not get a chance to lose their original freshness of flavour.
Owners and staff pride themselves in making their own caramel and ganache on site, free of artificial ingredients to prolong shelf life. All fillings are made with natural flavours, such as essential oils and top quality essences, which provide strong, real tastes and smells.
Mention any special dietary requirements to staff so they can assist with selection. The Chocolate Mill has lactose free, alcohol free, gluten free, glucose free, vegan friendly, and diabetic chocolates in their range.
