Himalaya Bakery & Cafe opened in 1992 featuring organic and bio dynamic sour dough bread. The Daylesford icon has expanded their menu since then. The cafe now features pies, pastries and a range of gluten-free bread and cakes.
The Himalaya Bakery & Cafe was the first and only bio dynamic certified bakery in Daylesford. Since expanding their menu, they offer vegetarian breakfast dishes, omelettes using free-range eggs and all ingredients are organic when possible.
