Hepburn Retreat Centre’s magnificent vegan chef, Alexis Pitsopolous, has been showing budding gourmets what’s growing right under their feet, during his renowned ‘weed walks.’

Spend a delightful and insightful three hours walking the weeds and discussing the nutritional and medicinal uses for them. You’ll then learn simple methods of preparing culinary delights using the wild edibles found along the walk.

Alexis also gives tips on where to look to find them all year round and which ones to avoid.
